1. Comparison with other Agreements

These Terms of Service ("Terms") enable you to use HackTheStore's software and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

HackTheStore provides App Store Optimization (ASO) tools, including keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and AI-driven recommendations. The Service is provided "as-is" and is subject to change at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the Service (e.g., scraping, DDoS).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users or third-party app stores), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HackTheStore and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

5. App Store Data & Third Party Services

Our Service relies on data from public sources (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not claim ownership of this public data. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Rankings and search results displayed are snapshots and may differ from real-time results on devices due to personalization and geolocation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Service.
• Overload our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HACKTHESTORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Disclaimer

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
