HackTheStore provides App Store Optimization (ASO) tools, including keyword tracking, competitor analysis, and AI-driven metadata recommendations. The Service is provided "as-is" and is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or abuse the Service (e.g., automated scraping, DDoS attacks).

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third-party app stores), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HackTheStore and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

5. Third-Party Data and Disclaimers

Our Service displays publicly available data sourced from the Apple App Store and other public app marketplaces. We do not claim ownership of this data.

HackTheStore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "App Store," "Google Play," and all related marks, logos, and trade names are the registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Rankings, keyword data, and search results displayed in the Service are point-in-time snapshots derived from publicly observable data and may differ from real-time results on user devices due to personalization, geolocation, and algorithmic factors outside our control. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the proper working of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL HACKTHESTORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus. If you are accessing the Service from within the European Union, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect, either by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
