We analyzed how a utility app used our Gap Analysis tool to steal traffic from a major competitor and achieve a 30% increase in organic downloads.

The Challenge

Our client, a productivity app, was stuck at around 5,000 monthly downloads. They were competing against well-established players with bigger budgets.

The Strategy

Using our competitor tracking tools, we identified 47 keywords that their main competitor ranked for but they didn't. We prioritized 15 medium-difficulty keywords with high relevance.
