How Locale Stacking Works
Each App Store country indexes keywords from its primary locale plus any secondary locales Apple associates with that country. For the US: English (US) + Spanish (Mexico). For the UK: English (UK) + English (Australia). For Canada: English (Canada) + French (Canada).
